Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be returned.
Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued via the original payment method (cash refund upon courier pickup or bank transfer if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
